A330 Full Flight Simulator Experiences – Your First Step into the Cockpit
Immerse yourself in the world of aviation and experience the thrill of flying up close! In the professional full-flight simulators in Dreieich—the same simulators used in professional airline training—you’ll take the controls of an Airbus A330 yourself.
After a comprehensive briefing by an expert instructor, you’ll sit in a faithful replica of a modern long-haul cockpit. All displays, switches, and movements correspond to reality—down to the smallest detail.
Together with two other participants, you’ll form a full cockpit crew. Each person will take on the role of pilot, co-pilot, and observer for 20 minutes at a time. Take off and land at realistic airports around the world—from Frankfurt to New York, from Cape Town to Hong Kong.

Who can participate?

Do I need any prior experience?
No. The professional briefing will ensure you’re fully prepared—whether it’s your first time in the cockpit or you already have experience.
How many people are in the simulator?
The experience takes place in a group of three. Each person takes on the role of pilot, co-pilot, and observer once.
How realistic is the simulator?
These are certified full-flight simulators (Level D)—identical to those used in professional airline training. Every switch, every sound, and every movement is true to the original.
Booking & Participation
How does the booking process work?
After purchasing through the Condor Shop, you’ll receive a purchase confirmation via email with your booking and invoice numbers. This number serves as your personal confirmation of participation.
What dates are available?
The available dates and event days are displayed in the respective product listing or during the booking process.
Can I choose any date?
No. Participation is only possible on the specified date and for the booked aircraft type.
How long is my booking valid?
Your booking is valid exclusively for the booked date. After this date, your eligibility to participate automatically expires.
Can I transfer my booking?
Yes. If the participant is unable to attend, the booking can be transferred to another person upon prior agreement. Please notify us well in advance via email so that the participant information can be updated accordingly.
How do I participate in the experience?
Bring your booking number from the purchase confirmation with you on the day of the event. No separate activation is required—your participation is automatically confirmed upon purchase.

When should I arrive?
Please arrive no later than 15 minutes before the start of your booked session.
What do I need to bring?
A valid ID card or passport (for security registration).
Can I take photos or videos?
For safety reasons, personal recordings are not permitted inside the simulator. A souvenir photo can be taken on site with the instructor’s assistance.

The simulators are not wheelchair accessible. If you have physical limitations, please contact us in advance—we’ll be happy to assess on a case-by-case basis whether participation is possible.

Individuals prone to motion sickness, epilepsy, cardiovascular disease, recent surgery, or other health conditions should seek medical advice before participating. Participation while under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or certain medications is not permitted.
What happens in case of a last-minute cancellation?
In the event of illness or other compelling reasons, the reservation may be transferred to another person upon prior agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible.
