Right of withdrawal

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.

  • The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by the seller, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of their decision to withdraw from this contract.

  • The buyer may use the sample withdrawal form attached in Appendix 2, but this is not mandatory. For paperless returns processing, the seller also provides the buyer with a returns portal at www.condor.com/shop/retoure.

  • To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for the buyer to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

  • Consequences of withdrawal

    • If the buyer withdraws from the contract, the seller shall reimburse the buyer for all payments received from the buyer, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the buyer choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by the seller) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which the seller received the buyer's notification of withdrawal from this contract.

    • For the refund pursuant to § 2, the seller shall use the same means of payment that the buyer used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with the buyer.

    • Under no circumstances will the seller charge any fees for this refund.

    • The seller may refuse payment until the seller has received the goods back or until the buyer has provided proof that the buyer has returned the goods, whichever is earlier.

    • The buyer must return the goods immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the buyer informs the seller of the withdrawal from this contract to
