General service description

The website shop.condor.com is the central online shop of the airline Condor and offers numerous products in the striped Condor look as well as many other offers.

Customers can search for suitable products using the navigation or search function and add them to their shopping cart. Bookings can be managed via the login and the associated customer account. At checkout, the shopping cart can be checked again and vouchers can be added.

The site is clearly laid out and responsive, making it easy to use on various devices. The content is clearly worded, the font size is adjustable, and there are high-contrast displays.

Status of the agreement

In accordance with the Barrier-Free Accessibility Act (BFGS), derived from the European Accessibility Act (EAA), our benchmark for accessibility is WCAG 2.1 at Level AA, as well as the harmonized standard EN 301 549, version 3.2.1.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and EN 301 549 are a set of standards designed to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.

Our website is partially compliant with these guidelines. This means that some parts of the content do not yet meet the accessibility standard. This is partly due to technical restrictions of the Shopify template used.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not or only partially accessible:

  • Some texts have poor color contrast.

  • The submenus cannot be navigated using the keyboard. Please use the search function in the meantime; we are working on an adaptation.

  • The heading hierarchy is not always chronological.

  • The input fields in the newsletter form have poor color contrast.

  • Some images have insufficient image descriptions.

We are working to remove these barriers as far as possible.

We are actively working to make our shop as accessible as possible and are constantly making changes, both technical and content-related. Through these adaptations, we aim to enable all people, regardless of their individual abilities, to use our shop without barriers.
