The website shop.condor.com is the central online store of the airline Condor and offers numerous products featuring the striped Condor design, as well as many other items.

Customers can use the navigation or search function to find suitable products and add them to their shopping cart. Bookings can be managed via the login and the associated customer account. During checkout, the shopping cart can be reviewed again, and coupons can be added.

The site features a clear, responsive design, ensuring it works well on various devices. The content is written in clear, understandable language, the font size is adjustable, and the layout offers high contrast.

Status of the Agreement

In accordance with the Accessibility Enhancement Act (BFGS), derived from the European Accessibility Act (EAA), our standard for accessibility is WCAG 2.1 Level AA, as well as the harmonized standard EN 301 549, Version 3.2.1.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) and EN 301 549 are a set of standards designed to ensure accessibility for people with disabilities.

Our website is partially compliant with these guidelines. This means that some parts of the content do not yet meet the accessibility standard. This is partly due to technical limitations of the Shopify template we use.

Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible or is only partially accessible:

  • Some text has poor color contrast.

  • The submenus cannot be navigated using the keyboard. In the meantime, please use the search function; we are working on a solution.

  • The heading hierarchy is not always chronological.

  • The input fields in the newsletter form have poor color contrast.

  • Some images have insufficient alt text.

We are working to eliminate these barriers as much as possible.

We are actively working to make our online store as accessible as possible and are continuously making changes, both technical and content-related. Through these adaptations, we aim to enable everyone, regardless of their individual abilities, to use our online store without barriers.
