Terms and Conditions – “70 Years of Condor Europe Discovery Tickets – Exclusive Anniversary Auction”

1. Organizer 

The organizer of this promotion is Condor Flugdienst GmbH, Edmund-Rumpler-Straße 3, 60549 Frankfurt am Main. 

2. Eligibility 

Eligible to participate are individuals aged 18 or older who are residents of a member state of the European Union. 

Employees of Condor Flugdienst GmbH and its affiliated companies, as well as their family members, are excluded from participation. 

3. Participation and Requirements 

Participation in the promotion is exclusively through the promotional page “70 Years of Condor – Exclusive Anniversary Auction” in the Condor Shop at:

The display of the Europe Discovery Tickets in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to the customer to submit an offer. 

By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase a “Discover Europe” ticket. The contract is not concluded until Condor accepts the offer. 

A maximum of one “Discover Europe” ticket may be purchased per person. 

Condor reserves the right to reject orders without providing a reason, particularly in cases of suspected abuse or multiple entries. 

Condor does not guarantee the continuous availability of the promotional page or successful participation due to technical malfunctions. 

4. Conclusion of the Contract (Anniversary Auction) 

A limited number of 60 “Discover Europe” tickets are available in total. 

Sales will take place as part of a dynamic anniversary auction via the Condor Shop. 

The starting price is €980 per “Discover Europe” ticket. 

The price automatically decreases by 70 € per hour. During the final price increment before reaching the minimum price of 200 €, the increment is no longer 70 € but 10 €. 

The price displayed in the online shop at the time of purchase is final. Subsequent adjustments or refunds due to later price reductions are not permitted. 

Available Europe Discovery Tickets are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. 

With each successful purchase, the available allocation is reduced accordingly. 

The anniversary auction ends automatically as soon as all 60 Europa-Entdecker tickets have been sold or the minimum price of 200 € has been reached. 

The voucher code will be provided exclusively digitally via email. 

After purchase, payment must be made immediately using the payment methods offered at checkout. 

The voucher code is typically delivered within 48 hours after successful receipt of payment. 

You are only entitled to receive the voucher code after full payment has been received. 

5. Scope of Services (Europe Discovery Ticket) 

By purchasing a Europe Discovery Ticket, the customer receives: 

seven (7) round-trip flights within the Condor City network 

free choice of available routes within the defined Condor City network, including connecting flights via Frankfurt (FRA)

London (LGW) 

Milan (MXP) 

Munich (MUC) 

Paris (CDG)

The Europe Discovery Ticket is valid for travel from June 16, 2026, through the return flight on December 17, 2026, at the latest. 

The Europe Discovery Ticket is personalized, valid for one person only, and non-transferable. 

6. Redemption and Use 

Redemption is available exclusively via www.condor.com. 

The voucher code must be entered on the payment page during the booking process. The flight price will then automatically be reduced to 0 €. 

Fees for additional services may apply separately. 

Bookings are subject to availability at the time of redemption. 

There is no entitlement to specific flight times, flight numbers, connections, or seats. 

The Europe Discovery Tickets are non-transferable. Commercial use or resale is prohibited. 

The user’s date of birth must be provided both at the time of purchase and at the time of redemption. 

7. Restrictions 

Europe Discovery Tickets are valid exclusively on the Economy Light fare. 

Unless otherwise specified, rebookings and cancellations are not permitted or are subject to fees in accordance with the applicable fare conditions. 

Additional services (e.g., baggage or seat reservations) may be subject to a fee. 

Cash refunds or partial refunds are not permitted. 

If a booked flight is canceled, the redeemed flight quota will not be restored or credited. 

8. Right of Withdrawal 

The customer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. 

The period begins upon receipt of the confirmation email, which constitutes the conclusion of the contract. 

Withdrawal is possible within 14 days via https://shop.condor.com/apps/widerruf. 

To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the notice of withdrawal in a timely manner. 

The right to cancel expires prematurely as soon as the Europa Discovery Ticket has been redeemed in whole or in part. 

In the event of a valid cancellation, Condor will deactivate the voucher code and refund the purchase price paid. 

9. Exclusion of Participants 

Condor reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion in the event of violations of these Terms and Conditions or attempts at manipulation. The use of automated systems, bots, or scripts to monitor or participate in the auction is prohibited. 

10. Liability 

Condor bears unlimited liability in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as in cases of injury to life, limb, or health. 

In cases of simple negligence, Condor is liable only for breaches of material contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of contract. 

Otherwise, liability is excluded. 

Mandatory statutory provisions, in particular those under Regulation (EC) No. 261/2004, remain unaffected. 

11. Data Protection 

In connection with participation, personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of conducting the promotion.

12. Changes and Termination of the Promotion 

Condor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion early at any time for good cause. 

13. Governing Law 

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. 

With respect to consumers, this choice of law applies only to the extent that it does not restrict any mandatory statutory provisions of the country in which the consumer has his or her habitual residence. 

14. Final Provisions 

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.

By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase a Flight Pass. The contract is concluded only upon acceptance by Condor. 

Each participant may purchase a maximum of one Flight Pass. 

Condor reserves the right to reject orders without providing reasons, particularly in cases of suspected misuse or multiple entries. 

Condor accepts no liability for the continuous availability of the campaign website or successful participation due to technical issues. 

4. Contract Formation (Anniversary Auction) 

A total of 60 Flight Passes are available. 

The sale is conducted as part of a dynamic Anniversary Auction through the Condor online store. 

The starting price is €980 per Flight Pass  

The price automatically decreases by €70 every hour. For the final price decrease before reaching the minimum price of €200, the price decrease is no longer €70, but €10. 

The price displayed in the online shop at the time of purchase is final. No refunds or adjustments will be granted due to subsequent price reductions. 

Flight Passes are allocated on a “first come, first served” basis. 

The Anniversary Auction ends automatically once all 60 Flight Passes have been sold or the minimum price of €200 has been reached. 

The voucher code will be provided exclusively in digital form via email. 

Payment must be completed immediately using one of the payment methods offered during checkout. 

Voucher codes are generally delivered within 48 hours after successful receipt of payment. 

A right to receive a voucher code arises only after full payment has been received. 

5. Scope of Services 

Each Flight Pass includes: 

seven (7) round-trip flights within the Condor city network 

free choice of eligible routes within the defined network, including connections via Frankfurt (FRA) 

Available destinations: 

Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest, Hamburg, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Prague, Rome, Venice, Vienna, and Zurich. 

The Flight Pass is valid for travel from June 15, 2026, until the return flight on December 17, 2026, at the latest. 

The Flight Pass is personalized, valid for one person only, and non-transferable. 

6. Redemption and Use 

Redemption is available exclusively via www.condor.com. 

The voucher code must be entered during the booking process. The airfare will automatically be reduced to €0. 

Additional services may incur additional charges. 

Bookings are subject to seat availability at the time of redemption. 

There is no entitlement to specific flight times, routes, or seat assignments. 

Commercial use or resale is prohibited. 

The passenger’s date of birth must be provided both at the time of purchase and at the time of redemption. 

7. Restrictions 

The Flight Pass is valid exclusively for Economy Light fares. 

Changes and cancellations are not permitted unless otherwise stated, or may incur charges in accordance with applicable fare conditions. 

Additional services, such as baggage or seat reservations, may be subject to additional fees. 

Cash payment or partial reimbursement is not permitted. 

Cancelled bookings will not restore or credit the redeemed flight entitlement. 

8. Right of Withdrawal 

Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason. 

The withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the confirmation email.

The right to withdraw expires early if the Flight Pass has been redeemed in whole or in part. 

In the event of a valid withdrawal, Condor will deactivate the voucher code and refund the purchase price paid. 

9. Exclusion of Participants 

Condor reserves the right to exclude participants who violate these Terms and Conditions or attempt to manipulate the promotion. The use of automated systems, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to monitor, observe, access, or participate in the auction is prohibited.

10. Liability 

Condor shall have unlimited liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, and injury to life, body, or health. 

In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and foreseeable damages typical for the contract. 

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected. 

11. Data Protection 

Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

12. Changes and Termination 

Condor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the promotion at any time for important reasons.  

13. Governing Law 

German law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). 

Mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in the participant’s country of residence remain unaffected. 

14. Final Provisions 

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
